What to explore at Human Plastic Surgery
Human in Seocho offers primary, revision and functional rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim Kook Hyun, including autologous-tissue options. Dr. Kim Kook Hyun’s background includes Soonchunhyang plastic surgery residency and Former provincial medical-center department leadership. The clinic addresses low, bulbous, crooked, hooked and long noses. Ask which structural issue drives your result rather than relying only on the shape label. If you also have breathing symptoms, ask for separate explanations of the aesthetic changes and functional treatment in the proposed plan. A useful question to bring to your appointment is: “Which structural issue is most important in my nasal assessment?” Also ask: “Would you recommend autologous tissue or an implant in my case?”
Identify the main concern

Nasal treatments to discuss
Use the clinic’s treatment options below to make your consultation specific. The surgeon needs to assess which, if any, fit your anatomy and goals.

|---|---|
| Low nose | Ask what this would change in your own nose, what would be preserved and which materials or techniques are proposed. |
| Bulbous nose | Discuss the desired front and base views, skin thickness, nostril support and possible incision locations. |
| Crooked nose | Ask what this would change in your own nose, what would be preserved and which materials or techniques are proposed. |
| Functional Rhinoplasty | Ask what assessment is needed and which parts of the plan address breathing or internal nasal structure. |
| Hooked nose | Ask what this would change in your own nose, what would be preserved and which materials or techniques are proposed. |
| Long nose | Ask what this would change in your own nose, what would be preserved and which materials or techniques are proposed. |
| Special Human Rhinoplasty | Ask what this would change in your own nose, what would be preserved and which materials or techniques are proposed. |
| Autologous Tissue Rhinoplasty | Ask which tissue source is proposed, why it suits your anatomy and what donor-site care is needed. |
