Rhinoplasty at Kobijou Rhinoplasty Clinic
Kobijou offers aesthetic and functional nasal surgery under Dr. Sang-Min Hyun, including implant-free revision and treatment of septal or nasal-valve problems.
Clarify the functional diagnosis
For obstruction or septal damage, ask which examination is needed and what each proposed procedure is intended to address.
Revision material choices
Discuss whether an implant-free approach is feasible after your previous surgery, including the available cartilage and intended structural changes.
Discuss your own anatomy and goals
- What tests would distinguish my septal and nasal-valve concerns?
- Would implant-free revision be feasible given my previous surgery?
- Which follow-up arrangements apply to my particular functional problem?
Before you decide
Ask to meet the surgeon who will operate, review cases with similar anatomy and confirm the proposed changes in writing. Discuss both appearance and breathing, including what the procedure cannot achieve for your nose.
